Cancellation Policy
Policy for Revealed Wellness Spa At Revealed Wellness Spa, we strive to provide the best possible experience for our clients. However, we understand that there may be circumstances where you might need to cancel or request a refund. Please read our refund policy below: Cancellations and Refunds 1. Services: • Cancellation Policy: • Appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will incur a fee equal to 50% of the service cost. • No-shows will be charged the full amount of the service. • Refunds: • If you are not satisfied with your service, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment. We will offer a complimentary correction service or a partial refund at our discretion. • Refunds are not provided for completed services unless there was a significant issue with the service provided. 2. Packages and Memberships: • Cancellation Policy: • Packages and memberships can be canceled within 7 days of purchase for a full refund, provided no services have been used. • After 7 days, or if any service within the package or membership has been used, no refunds will be provided. • Refunds: • No refunds are provided for partially used packages or memberships. 3. Party Packages: • Deposits: • All deposits for party packages are non-refundable. • Payment Terms: • All payments must be made in full by 5 PM on the set date provided. If payments are not received in a timely manner, the party will be canceled. • In the event that full payment is not received by the deadline, the party will be canceled, and no refunds will be issued. 4. Products: • Return Policy: • Unopened products can be returned within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. • Opened or used products cannot be returned or refunded. 5. Gift Cards: • Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. How to Request a Refund To request a refund or to address any concerns, please contact us at 412-953-0991. Provide your name, appointment details, and the reason for your request. Our team will review your request and respond within 48 hours.
